We were wanting to screen-in our back patio and had several estimates. We ended up going with Four Seasons because Tim was very helpful. He came out to our home, he went over the product they use, the time it would take to complete the project and answered all our questions. Tim was great with returning my calls and was always available to talk. Plus, the price was right and financing was available. We love our screen patio and look forward to enjoying it more since warmer weather is around the corner.
We recently had our patio enclosed with a Four Seasons sunroom. We contracted with Tim Pruden, who was helpful throughout the process and even dealt with our HOA. There were some delays in having the materials made and shipped, then weather delays; but once Lee Compton started the installation was quick, thorough, and professional. I expressed a couple of personal preferences to JP, the owner, and Mr. Compton did a great job of completing the project.
We recently had our sunroom installed. We were considering the installation around the holidays so naturally it would take time due to our decision. Happily, the materials came in earlier than expected and installation was completed within a week. Going with double pane glass was a smart decision. Even in the cold weather, with a space heater we have been able to sit in the room comfortably. By far, Four Seasons was better in price and salesmanship. Installation of a four season sunroom off our living room. George the salesman was very timely in response which helped the process a lot. Subcontractors (foundation, installation, and electrician) were all excellent, would give them all 5 stars. JP the owner of the franchise was very knowledgeable and a great resource albeit very difficult to get ahold of. Only minor complaint would be timeliness of install and some communication issues with JP and factory.
We love the quality of construction and the screens used in our sunroom. The construction crews did excellent work and our sunroom has become the favorite place in our home
