Do your homework. I would look for another Sunroom company. I would be very careful when dealing with this company. They quoted us a sunroom package and we signed a contract based on what we discussed. When we went to choose the flooring in the package it was cheap and substandard. They would then only take off only a little over a $1.00 a SF, when it cost more than that for an install.
