Before I contacted four seasons I had experienced a couple of companies or individuals that quoted me prices and wanted money up front. After contacting the better business bureau and check these people out I was shocked. I contacted four seasons and that's how I met Tim Pruden very professional and a man of his words. He came to my house I showed him what I wanted done, we descused price and financing, and timeline. We had a great experience with Four Seasons enclosing our patio. Here in Texas, the weather can be unpredictable, either too hot, too cold, or full of mosquitos, so we rarely used the space. Now that it’s enclosed, we find ourselves spending much more time out there. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Tim, our sales representative, was fantastic, he brought out material samples, shared photos of similar projects, and even provided references we could speak with. The team at Four Seasons was great about honoring the warranty and fixing our leaks. We appreciate the owner coming personally to address our concerns.
Tim our sales representative was very knowledgeable about every phase of the build. And Jason the builder was amazing in his abilities. Even the men that delivered the materials did excellent work. Everything they promised they did
Best investment ever!! From start to finish, everyone involved in our project was amazing!
