The installation team was great. They did a wonderful job for us, I would highly recommend Four Seasons.
The transformation from basic old broken down outside open deck to a semi enclosed (electronic controllable screens) with a roof, skylights and screened door has been remarkable. The installers were very good, cordial and hard working. They cleaned up and discarded all debris when they were done on a daily basis. Below is a review of a franchise in London, Ontario. I have been dealing with leaks for almost a decade as a result of either a substandard product or installation. Aside from being asked to remove my review, no assistance has been provided to date. Great experience from sales and planning through implementation. Workmanship is excellent. Very pleased with Four Seasons and all of the people I had the pleasure working with. Post installation Customer Service was also excellent. Easy to contact, prompt response and fixed and fine tuned, any and all little issues. Service Technician, Jeff, is exceptionally polite, knowledgable and on time. If I could give 10 Stars, I would.
