We are a new tenant. Unaware at the time of booking that there’s zero onsite or after hours support. Normally, that’s a non-issue; however, we were provided a gate code that doesn’t work. And there’s no one to help until Monday at 8:30 am! In this business, there should be after hours support for emergent situations—such as inability to access a facility.
