One of the employees of this place is a real piece of work. Last week i was coming down Paw Paw Lake Road right after it snowed and made the roads slushy and icy. I was doing 35 in a 35 zone and this guy comes flying up on my bumper. he was all over the road, crossing the center line, not paying attention. I spoke with Four season spa and pool service and felt I was properly guided. I went out of my way to write this because Allen did a great job at giving me understanding of what they could do vs not do. I appreciated our conversation. I look to do business again here in the future.
Four seasons are true industry experts. They offer prompt and professional service, a wonderful store and vast pool & spa knowledge.

Worst experience from a business I’ve had in my life. They caused significant damage to my pool which was confirmed by 2 other pool companies. Then refused to pay to fix it. This ordeal took weeks and was never resolved. 2 separate times a service member came out, said they’d be back, and did not return. This company should be last on your list for any pool needs.
