Beware - You might be ghosted. Booked a hot tub repair and was told next available appointment was in two weeks. Booked appointment anyway. I called the day before to confirm they were still planning to come because I needed to take day off from work for it. They confirmed they would be there. One of the employees of this place is a real piece of work. Last week i was coming down Paw Paw Lake Road right after it snowed and made the roads slushy and icy. I was doing 35 in a 35 zone and this guy comes flying up on my bumper. he was all over the road, crossing the center line, not paying attention. Then when i turned down Interlochen Road, i stopped at the corner to try and read what company it was. This guy slams on his brakes in the middle of the road and sits there trying to intimidate me.
