I wasn’t planning to write this review, but I can’t stop thinking about how disappointing the experience was. My husband scheduled our massage appointments early in the morning for later that day. When we arrived at 4 PM, the front desk seemed unaware of our booking and proceeded to scroll through two cell phones looking for a message.
