Derek told me,yep no problem we can fix your kids go-cart. He also told me the average wait time to conduct services at his shop is 2-3 weeks. After 2 1/2 months of him ordering the wrong parts and telling me 4 different occasions it would be done at the end of the week, I decided to pick up my go-cart and bring it to Watertown lawn and garden. Cody was very professional and had it in the shop the following day. Thanks again Cody for taking care of us. The kiddos have been waiting patiently for their go-kart.
