We were extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the work performed by the owner. We had our windows replaced six months prior and the quality of the windows was inferior and the workmanship was not acceptable.
Gutters – Terrible Job!!! Company owner did the work and at the first rain the gutters pulled the trim away from the fascia. When he arrived to do the repair he explained he used screws that were too short to penetrate through the trim into the fascia causing the damage. He used longer screws that pulled the trim into the fascia but it is still damaged and vulnerable to water damage. I'm repairing his repair myself because I believe he would do more damage. Great job!!! – This company did what I wanted, not what other gutter companies wanted to do. Did not do the "Little Lady, I know best" treatment. Answered my questions, explained what would work & not waste my money. The crew young, mid twenty's, but knew their stuff, did the job quickly, cleaned up their mess & some other stuff that was around my house, polite & hard working. OK Installation - follow-up support very lacking It is difficult to get them to come back out to do follow-up work. (Edited March 17, 2008)
Follow-up Support Lacking – The installation was done sloppy. They used young men who joked around too much. The owner came out and installed my screened in porch and did an excellent job. He was very good and personable so that is why I am giving it 3 stars. I have been trying to get them to come out for at least 4 months to fix the gutters where they were not installed correctly at the seams and they are leaking ( and have been since installed).
