We purchased a trailer and was promised to have certain things fixed on it . 6 years later after several attempts nothing was done at all! The trailer came with propane tanks that were older than the trailer itself ànd were only 20 lb tanks instead of the 30lb. The love seat had a tear on the side which cut my grandsons hand from a wire of the seat sticking out. The led lights were faulty and never replaced. I just want to say that Four Seasons RV is an outstanding dealership to deal with in Headingley. We are a long time customers and when we needed our air conditioner replaced while we are in Texas they were there to help us. Thank you to Doug Beddall and Chris Loney and to all involved in resolving our issue. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend them as you will get long term customer care.
We Unfortunately Didn’t buy our camper from Four Seasons but decided to give them a call today and spoke with a Gentleman in service by the name of Doug regarding our camper hot water and in Matter of 10 mins on the phone with him he got us back up and running and also mentioned to us if we are back from our trip in February to come check out the rv show that four seasons is putting on and I think we definitely will try and make it so in closing I just wanna say four seasons definitely went over and above on this one
