I have a beautiful turtle rug that we had shipped home from a trip we took to Hawaii and my puppy chewed a hole in it. I took it to Four Seasons because I had met Silvi at the Camarillo Chamber. They couldn't guarantee it because he had really done a number on it, but I left it with them to see what they could do. Imagine my joy and delight when I picked it up and couldn't even identify where the repair section was!! I would recommend them for any cleaning or issues. Eliminated the cat urine and dog hair smell from my well-loved wool blend rug. They cleaned it like my power washer never could! Great customer service! Thanks, guys!
