EXTREMELY RUDE! We needed an estimate for a roof repair and he agreed to go by and look at it. He said he’d be there after work. A few hours later, we decided to cancel because the people buying our house are going to handle it. He was so rude and told us we wasted his time. I guess I understand the frustration, but that’s just not how you treat potential customers. We would have referred our buyers to him, but we definitely won’t now.
