Very poor staffing considering what clients pay to live there. I would expect more for my parents
My mother was admitted today for rehab following surgery for a broken hip. After a poor experience at another facility over the past week, a bed opened up and we were able to move her closer to home. Our admitting nurse was LPN Heather, and she made me feel so much more comfortable and informed than the prior facility. I've gone from feeling helpless and hopeless to feeling optimistic and confident in the care my mother is receiving.
