I can't go into the negligence and illegal, deadly actions of staff which caused an accident and lack of response that killed my beloved grandparent... My other grandparent passed a couple weeks after, broken hearted and broken from short time in that place and the suffering endured by his soulmate and partner.. Seriously incompetent and understaffed. Don't do this to any loved one EVER!!!!!
