Decided to give Tom another shot at coming by to perform excavation work after blowing me off over a year ago, even though at that time we agreed upon service, price, and date. Figured everyone has things going on and gave it some time. Same thing happened again this year. Comes by, sees the site, states he can do it then does NOT ANSWER phone or text.
