Tried to rent a lift. Scheduled a month in advance. Morning of, went to pick up and no one was there. All excuses when they finally called back. I figure, no worries I will give them another shot. So , I scheduled for the following week. Called that morning I was gonna pick up and no answer. I waited for a return call to go pick up the lift. Never returned my call. Terrible company to deal with if you actually have to rely on needing a piece of equiptment. Always excuses. Would not recommend!

Decided to give Tom another shot at coming by to perform excavation work after blowing me off over a year ago, even though at that time we agreed upon service, price, and date. Figured everyone has things going on and gave it some time. Same thing happened again this year. Comes by, sees the site, states he can do it then does NOT ANSWER phone or text. Let it go the first time as a business myself giving the benefit of the doubt by if I treated customers like this, I would have no business. Poor customer service. Lack of com... read more
