For the past year half the vacuums have had poor suction. Pulled in today and the place looked vandalized. Hoses lying on the ground with their nozzles missing, garbage all over, etc. It took a few minutes to find a vacuum that actually worked. I then tied to pay for a wash but the credit card reader was not working. This has been a problem for months. Luckily no one was behind me so I was able to reverse out of there. Things are always broke down and place is closed..
Paid for deluxe and there was not even soap that went on the car. All their chemicals were out. The vacuums all have tape and little to no power. This place started off amazing when it was first built and has gone downhill very fast.
It's gotten worse since I first started I have automatic payment so I can go as many times as I want used to be it wouldn't drive your car off but you don't so I'd have to hand write it and then now today when I went it did not rinse the wax off in the wheel shine didn't come on I had to talk to a kid working there and he came and shine my wheels for me the wax was not washed off side spots all over my car I'm very dissatisfied with the the past five washes I asked the boy that offered to shine put the shine on my tires what... read more
Never open during the posted buisness times online, duct tape is now wrap around the vaccum hoses, if there are vaccum hoses at the bay, payment machines rarely work, if ever and some of the scrubbers inside the car wash are missing. Dont waste your time or money.
