Wanted to buy a new pressure washer gun, wand, hose, and some assorted fittings. Would not let me into the store (Covid, presumably) to browse for the parts that I needed. It would have taken 20 minutes to explain to the dummy at the outside counter what I needed, and 2 minutes for me to get the parts that I needed from their displays inside. My husband went in looking to buy a snow blower last storm. They were out of new snowblowers and our snowblower was in need of repair. Four Seasons suggested my husband purchase a used snowblower for $600.00 saying that it was far better than the one we would fix as a back up and just as good as a new one. WOW!
