I am on the Board of Directors for a 5-floor building in Miami Beach. I hired Four Seasons to paint the exterior of the building in 2010. The fee was reasonable for the top quality paint and application they completed. After all these years, the paint has never bubbled or lost adherence to the concrete walls. They are my number 1 choice as I am soliciting bids for a new paint job. 07/2021 Update:. Time to paint the building again and when I contacted the company I discovered that it's under new ownership .
It was a pleasure working with Matt on our project. From the estimate phase, through the completion of the project, everything was handled very professionally and with care. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is excellent. They also finished the job within the timeline we requested. I would definitely recommend working with them.
