Hello from the Four Sesons on the Gulf – A great place to stay. We are the new managment team here at the Four Seasons on the Gulf. We are enjoying meeting all of our owners and RCI guests. We have made many new updates to to our units. Here are some of the changes we have made: we have put in new carpeting in the units and painted all of the units. We have done some landscaping as well. WE here a Four Seasons on the Gulf is making out mission to Greet all our guest as family. Come see the new team and the new changes.
A great place to stay – We stayed the week of December 23 - 30, 2011 and was pleased with the management and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was nice and roomy and felt more like home which was good since we had our children and grandchildren staying with us. It is close to everything and the beach was just across the road. I would recommend the Four Seasons on the Gulf to anyone that asked. Thanks Beth for making our stay so pleasant. Debbie A.
AIR-CONDITION UNITS NEED TO BE REPLACED – WE STAYED THE WEEK OF JULY9-16, 2011. EXCHANGED THROUGH RCI. CONDO WAS NEAT AND RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM BEACH. THE ONLY COMPLAIN WE HAD WAS THAT THE AIR CONDITION WAS NOT WORKING. THE UPSTAIR WAS EXTREMELY HOT!!! THE OFFICE MANAGER CONTINUE TO LIE ABOUT SOMEONE COMING TO REPAIR UNIT. NO ONE EVER CAME. HAD TO BUY TWO FANS FROM WALMART. USE THE FEMA MONIES TO REPLACE ALL UNITS!!!!
I love this place – Me and my children have spent the last 2 summers at this place. We love everything about it. We go buy groceries cook out, have breakfest, but can also enjoy a few nights out with out having to drive forever. We spend alot of time at the beach there are several things to do right at your fingertips. The management is great and the rooms are always clean. They are older but very comfortable. Can't wait till next year plan on going again.
Great ocean view – My wife and I were almost afraid to check in after reading the review posted. However we found the place clean and comfortable. They are somewhat older units that have been remodeled but everything works fine and when we did have a minor problem it was immediately taken care of by a pleasant staff. It is right on the seawall so it is a high activity area. It is near to anything you want for a vacation - beach,food service,shopping, or entertainment. R & K
Worst dump in Galveston! – The "resort" is directly across from a nice stretch of beach, on Seawall Blvd. Thats where the "nice" aspect of this place ends. The exterior stucco is cracked and crumbling from years of neglect and storm damage. The units themselves are water-damaged and have a heavy mold/musty smell. The first unit we were given, this past Labor Day weekend (2007) had dead insects on the appliances, kitchen window sill, on the carpeting downstairs, the stairs and around the edges of the bedrooms.
