Lived here for over 5 years. It was a rocky start at first but it got better. Carmen and her team were amazing. New people switched from Kenwood to here and things are not as fun for the families this summer. Carmen had the pool open til 8pm every opening day. That gave time for the working adults (property payers) to enjoy a swim after work. Now pool closes when the office closes. Smh. At least they should take that in consideration. I’m so glad Carmen is gone: Michelle has been the best property manager so far!! She works so hard to make our community a better place since she’s been there. Loving the flowers and new paint!!!
Bring Carmen back new person in office is dum af she got my car towed because she seen I rip sign off of towing Parked near mailbox to wake up an that new employee they have in office called to tow it away y’all took a good hard working person out to be replaced by a person that lies an is very inconsiderate
