we've been here since dec. '24, the property mgr carmen did absolutely nothing, we had several issues that weren't addressed until june. when michelle lanier took over as property mgr every issue we had was handled within a week.the amount of sweat equity she puts into the property is amazing.. we love our lil spot
Lived here for over 5 years. It was a rocky start at first but it got better. Carmen and her team were amazing. New people switched from Kenwood to here and things are not as fun for the families this summer. Carmen had the pool open til 8pm every opening day. That gave time for the working adults (property payers) to enjoy a swim after work. Now pool closes when the office closes. Smh. At least they should take that in consideration. I’m so glad Carmen is gone: Michelle has been the best property manager so far!! She works so hard to make our community a better place since she’s been there. Loving the flowers and new paint!!!
