Everything DOA wasted 180 bucks Run don't walk away from online nuseries
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I placed an order in March. Finally received part of my order on 1 June. There were six items in the package and only one was ready to plant. The others were either dead and covered with dead leaves, were dried out, or were simply brown slime in a package. I was so disappointed. I wrote the company to let them know and was told that I needed to plant everything and wait six weeks and that many of the plants would recover and thrive. This is clearly a fraudulent,shady,rip off business.Ripped me off of $120.00 never got the order,their phone is conveniently busy at all times! needs to get shut down.I am so angry after reading other reviews and realizing how many people are getting ripped of and these shady people are getting away with it.
Worst business ever. Fraud fraud fraud. Shut this place down. I have reported them to every authority I could. Fraud, scam. Fraud. I will tell everyone I can. Do not buy from this business! I really rate them a 0!
I'd give a zero if I could! They ripped me off for over $150.00 dollars. Never got my order. Thet said the post office said that delivered. I said where did he deliver it. They couldn't tell me where? I said I live in the country and we always know when our substitute driver is working because we get mail for people from miles away from us. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don't let the Four Seasons Catalog drag you into horticultural bliss. You will end up burned. I called to follow up on an order a month ago to find out it wasn't going to arrive when I expected it and was told I'd get it "sometime in the Spring." I canceled the order and am still chasing them down to credit my charge card. Their customer service is unprofessional and they will blow you off over and over again. With all the customer complaints online, why isn't someone investigating this company? SHAME on Four Seasons!
NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this Nursery!! As a repeat customer, I am furious with the manner the warranty policy was applied to my order. Specifically, some of the trees from my original purchase did not survive the winter season. A replacement claim within the warranty period was requested. Replacement trees arrived dead.
