Location is great, both for Skiing, snowmobiling or Winter Hiking in Lincoln, Franconia or Mount Washington (Cog railway/West access). Very reasonably priced, almost half of rates in Lincoln, NH. Rooms are clean and well kept. You can ask for Water Kettle for making stuff with hot water. In winters, this is only large motel open in the area and close to Gas station and general store.
Love this little motel, clean comfortable beds. Great price and great location between two great ski resorts. Will be back again. Owners are very accommodating and very friendly.
Really good place . Lovely n welcoming host . Stayed 2 nights. Really clean , warm n charming. The host was great. Perfect for ski n snowmobiling . Would highly recommended n stay again.
