This place is great! They only rent to people who pass background checks an credit checks! They have 2 ponds!
If i could do ZERO stars that's what you'd get! They raise the lot rent EVERY YEAR! never do proper repairs, the roads have craters, not holes, craters! Dilapidated trailers that should be removed! Empty lots not maintained by managers, strat cats roaming the neighborhood. Its terrible! And not they want to raise from 460.00 to 525.00 for lot rent! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Roads need paved,they continually raise the pad rent every year & don't really do anything for you !!!!
