If I can give them a negative star I would. My boyfriend scheduled them to come out a week before they could come out. This is when he was off, then they made us wait at the house and after the appointment my boyfriend called and it was no answer. He called his warranty company and they finally picked up stating that an e-mail was sent to him stating that it was rescheduled for tomorrow. Have had Greg come out to do a pre-season checkup several times. He doesn't try to upsell unnecessarily, and he definitely knows his stuff. He works *insane* hours during the summer so my recommendation would be to be sure to get your pre-season tuneup done before April 1st, when things literally start to heat up! Then you won't be in a bind without aircon come the hot summer months.

Shouldn't even give a star, same here, told me they would be out from 2-5 today, it's past 5 and no call-no show. AC had been out and have a family waiting for them to come out and fix. At least call or text out of some sort of courtesy, that's how you do business -come on! If you can't commit to something and can't do your job right then you shouldn't do it at all! Do NOT recommend!
