They threw away my pops shoes
I live at the facility and the higher up never has time for anyone except for a few people who act out but those who do well we are left out
My child is stuck in this facility every single time I try to call her the phone rings and rings and rings if someone does pick up the sound rude on the phone even when I am polite just asking to be transferred to the hall that she is in if I actually managed to get through I'm told that my daughter isn't available and will call me back I wait for a call back that never comes. The 200-300 halls are staffed by compassionate individuals who strive to provide assistance, despite the ongoing challenge of being understaffed, which is a common issue in the healthcare sector. My experience with the staff has been positive; they are responsive to my inquiries and genuinely work to support the care of my loved one.
