The 200-300 halls are staffed by compassionate individuals who strive to provide assistance, despite the ongoing challenge of being understaffed, which is a common issue in the healthcare sector. My experience with the staff has been positive; they are responsive to my inquiries and genuinely work to support the care of my loved one. When I first got here, I went to tiger lane. It was not pleasant. I felt like I was in a basement. I had no access to staff( like social workers or administration staff). I spent 2 months down there. Then got moved to 300 hall. Much better up here. It's clean and I now have access to staff. The food still needs to improve though.
My daughter is in this facility placed there by her guardian. Which unfortunately is not me because I did not feel that my daughter needed this type of care. I don't even feel like she's being taken care of I feel like she's being overmedicated she's extremely overweight she sleeps all the time she sounds drugged out of her mind when I call and speak with her when I'm able to get ahold of her I don't have a vehicle so I can't even go and check on her. Horrible place, under funded, no rehabilitation what so ever, there's drugs everywhere, completely dirty at all times, violent residents, locked up units, worse than a prison. No help whatsoever, under bad ownership that don't care. State board is investigating that place weekly.
