Wasted phone calls. Been paying on a lot and improvements 45 years. Never been there, never seen it, never will go. Paid for water and sewer, etc., on land i never have set foot on. Now i am facing bankruptcy and they wont take it back or help. Lot is paid for, just they are killi g me with constant fees and taxes and improvements and late fees.
