I was informed this morning that I was unhireable, because when I went in for my first orientation nobody told me what I needed to bring. I did not have a driver's license with me. So they rescheduled me for a different orientation day & was told I could leave?! This morning after a call to double check we were on for Monday & actually given a list of what I needed to bring. I had a patient that was in need of emergency services and the ladies in the office were quick to help me. They were able to get my patient a in home aide for that evening so she would not be alone. Thank you all so much!
The people on the phone are very nice, but on the other hand, the workers who client see all the time are not very nice or helpful. They do what they wanna do and that’s it seems like rules are made for some of the people not all. it’s a shame because people need the in-home services that they provide and they’re not getting What they need in most cases they’re lazy and don’t wanna do anything unless it’s on their phone talking to somebody or texting somebody or looking something up etiquette is not part of their vocabulary ... read more
