I had a patient that was in need of emergency services and the ladies in the office were quick to help me. They were able to get my patient a in home aide for that evening so she would not be alone. Thank you all so much!

The people on the phone are very nice, but on the other hand, the workers who client see all the time are not very nice or helpful. They do what they wanna do and that’s it seems like rules are made for some of the people not all. it’s a shame because people need the in-home services that they provide and they’re not getting What they need in most cases they’re lazy and don’t wanna do anything unless it’s on their phone talking to somebody or texting somebody or looking something up etiquette is not part of their vocabulary ... read more

The administration is worse than the aides. Poor communication to no communication. Aides blame Admin & Admin blames aides, and both blame clients when the company fails its responsibilities. Much could be said; i feel for those having to use them. Don't if you dont have to.

This is the worse year working for four Seasons in 4 years being with them. They have for the last 4 months messing with clients scheduling. They have made it impossible for me now to keep health insurance.
