Went in for an MRI of my back. Everyone was friendly and professional. Scheduling was a breeze. Parking was perfect - they have some assigned spots.
If you're looking to schedule an MRI in a timely manner, I would not recommend Four Seasons Imaging. After my referral and medical records were sent to them, it took two weeks of consistent calling and leaving messages just to reach someone who could assist with scheduling. Once I finally did, I was told they couldn’t accept me as a patient due to a past procedure. MRI technology is super old. Images are very poor quality. Had i known this ahead of time i would have booked at Derry Imaging in Londonderry which has stellar equipment and high quality scans. No comparison with the 2 MRIs i have had between there and here. No wonder they tout themselves as the cheapest cost.
Didn't like the place. Felt unclean and staff was unfriendly.
