Location location location! We were here for business and leisure. We stayed in an Arch suite and it was exactly what I’d hoped for. Beautiful view, the staff was very accommodating and even brought us an additional fridge to the room. The underground passage thru the casino over to the Dome was very cool and convenient. The service was excellent at the Four Seasons. They were extremely professional, kind, efficient, and helpful. The atmosphere is hard because it’s in downtown st Louis so the only really remarkable thing to look at is the arch. The sounds weren’t so soothing out by the pool as you could hear the street below. Rooms - The only complaint is that there were pubic hairs on our rags on the counter. They weren't even embedded...looked like they were laid there. We did not complain about this...just threw them on the floor for housekeeping to change out. Other than this, the rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. The beds and bedding are super comfy. Called up in April to inquire about booking for a pool side bachelorette day. Worked with a rep (K-e-L-s-E-y. S) who booked two cabanas and massages. A couple days after this, the rep called apologizing saying one room would need to be booked for the cabanas. Since the Bride-to-be was already informed of our plans, I didn’t want to upset her so I paid for one room. It was a week later that the same rep reached out to apologize once again.
