I've had Terry Roberts out some years ago and was so pleased that he was able to repair my dishwasher for a reasonable amount. I had a problem with my refrigerator, leaked a little water during humid times, and had him come out this week, and he was able to quickly fix the problem again. I asked if he could fix my very old Maytag dishwasher but the latch is the problem, needs gaskets etc., so cost would be prohibitive if the latch part could even be found. Very bad management. They are not doing anything to this neighborhood but they are charging monthly without any issues. I guess they don't want to change anything in this neighborhood.
