They never called us after home warranty company called them to set up appointment.
Excuses no resolution.
Awful, not responsive, took two months for him to come out after I had already paid the warranty company for the service. He doesn't return calls or voicemails. Finally got him to come and We ended up having to call another agency to come out 2 days after he came out because he didn't fix the problem. The other company came out and caught the issue within the first ten minutes of examining the unit!! Not to mention he turned our gas valve ON stating the issue was that it was off. This company simply is no good! DO NOT USE THEM!! I have been waiting for over a month for them to come back and fix my AC. they came and looked at the unit and calmed they were going to me closed for a week for a vacation or something and that the part would take "3 weeks" to get here. I have tried calling them and leaving voicemails, but no return. the home warranty company we use can't get them on the phone either. not sure what's going on, but I'm for sure NEVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN.
