We had our mesh installed in 2015 and it worked well. In 2025 the clips developed rust, I called Brendan and he came over to inspect, 2 weeks later it was all fully replaced under warranty. Apparently, there a short period where they used a supplier with incorrect power coating. Mark the installer did a great job, excellent workmanship. Professional from the first call to Brendan & Cody the young man who fitted on the day. Great communicate from both and left out place the way he found it.
These guys went above and beyond. I had my gutter guard installed by the previous owners and it wasn't installed properly and not finished. The new owner/manager had an employee come back and almost completely redo it. Took them several days and they were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. Can't not recommend them highly enough.
I was extremely unsatisfied with the conduct and the quality of work from this company. The terms and conditions were not on the quote and were only provided on the invoice after we paid the deposit and entered into a contact. They failed to complete the whole job as quoted. The gutters were not cleaned properly and the gutter guard that they did install on my house was substandard and not as advertised. I used Four Seasons back in 2016 and they did a great install back then on a complicated roof. Needed to order some additional materials to do a minor repair on my roof and Sandy organised the materials very promptly and professionally. Good customer service.
