So glad I came across these reviews. I was ready to make a huge mistake and order a sofa and 2 chairs. Thank you to everyone who posted their unfortunate experience with this brand! You all have saved me! I saw their furniture when I was in Florida and decided to order in Ohio for my home there. Hardly any retailers and even if they can order they do not have any pieces in there store and are spotty on fabric samples. Four Seasons Custom Casual Furniture-- Make sure you sit in the exact chair or on the exact couch you are planning to buy-- because the ones from the factory will feel different-- and you won't like it. And then, Chris Coogan, who is an owner at the company will not do anything to help you. Instead, he will send you an email saying "there are no defects," "this is based on differences in perceived comfort." Then you will have furniture that you don't like. The good news? Four Seasons Furniture, also known as Four Seasons Custom Casual Furniture, is the worst furniture company our family has ever dealt with. Here are some of the very specific problems we have encountered after buying $6,000 worth of their furniture. 1. The chair we sat on in the showroom was very comfortable, so we ordered one. $1,600. We got the chair delivered and sat in it for about 2 minutes and went "what the Hell?" It was hard as a rock. The factory is full of roaches and mice and end up inside of the packaged furniture that gets shipped out to people. The owners pretend to care about employees and customers, but in reality only care about themselves and how many brand new cars, atvs, and whatever else they can buy. Plant Manager is allowed to bully and harass employees. Full of employees who are most likely illegal immigrants. The furniture is garbage.

This furniture is unbelievably comfortable.. BUT the workmanship in the slipcovers is lacking. The first time I washed the slipcovers, the seams came apart. I did not over fill my washer, the washing machine did not have an agitator to damage the fabric, yet the fabric still came apart at the seams. The extra fabric warranty the retailers sell is a joke, it does not cover seam separation. To me, that is a manufacturer issue.
