I ordered orchids for my cousin who lives in NY ( diagnosed with cancer). I reside in Texas due to the military, and I can't personally see what I purchased. She received the orchids . I am very disappointed. The white basket was stained and ripped on the side and white tissue and a yellow ribbon. It wasn't worth 80 dollars. Sadly, but I will never order from here again. Today I came today to this shop after the last minute decision of buying flowers to my clinical instructor and it was the best decision I could’ve made. Susan was AMAZING! Her energy, her customer service and communication was outstanding. You can tell she truly loves what she does, she was very helpful. I came so indecisive with what I wanted, but she immediately helped me get a BEAUTIFUL bouquet for a very good reasonable price, inexpensive. I’m very happen and I definitely recommend her 100%
