#SCAM..... We made a purchase at the home and patio show and never received a call from them, they never pick up the phone when we tried to call I feel horrible the way they are getting over on people .I will call the BBB and my son in law who works for the government. One way or another they gone get what's coming .'They scam the wrong person.
The service I didn't know I needed. Ive used Four Seasons Filters for 4 years now and never miss a filter change.
Made several calls to delay filter service due to change in season and not using filters monthly, no response and they keep charging me for the past three months. Plan to dispute it with my bank and get the charges reversed and cancel service completely.
Have problems with custom filters sticking to unit and soaking wet upon removal. Left several messages and no response
