Shirt came back with a burn hole in the front. Have tried for weeks to get apology and compensation. Even sent a link to exact shirt. Talked to Om. They will not refund. They will not credit. Don’t use
Do not go here! Pretty sure they didn’t even attempt to clean my dresses. They did two attempts and looked the exact same as when I dropped them off Also $40 for two dresses, overpriced! There is a dry cleaner around the corner go there! Horrible scam of a place
After using them for a while, they tell me the clothes will come out wrinkled from a wash and fold no matter what. The final straw was when I called asking if they found my headphones in my pants. Rude lady says “We are busy, no one stole your headphones.” I was just asking lol. Bad customer service and bad wrinkly clothes. Use a competitor nearby instead
