Very bad cleaning and clothes smelled bad
The worst dry cleaners for several reasons: When I moved into the area into an ultra luxury condominium the building staff recommended these cleaners. 1. Timeliness: they pick up at erratic times from the building. Even though they have a stated pick up time for next day service often they pick up two hours earlier and then your stuff just sits there and you don’t know. Shirt came back with a burn hole in the front. Have tried for weeks to get apology and compensation. Even sent a link to exact shirt. Talked to Om. They will not refund. They will not credit. Don’t use
Do not go here! Pretty sure they didn’t even attempt to clean my dresses. They did two attempts and looked the exact same as when I dropped them off Also $40 for two dresses, overpriced! There is a dry cleaner around the corner go there! Horrible scam of a place
