The HOA Manager is personable, respectful, friendly and accommodating to any issues at hand; they are taken care of immediately. We always get a return call of the status and the resolution. It's great to have an HOA Manager on the premises, Monday-Friday, as a lot of Condo developments don't. We're also, informed of any work being or needing to be done on the premises.
