Four seasons came to my rescue last weekend when it was stupid cold. I called 6 different HVAC companies and they were one of two in the area to return my call. The techs they sent were very kind and knowledgeable. The furnace was far beyond its life, and they were able to swap it out for us in less than 48 hours. We are super impressed with their service and communication. They will be our first call moving forward. Thanks for the great service!
On a frigid cold day, I discovered my furnace had failed & the temp in my house was dropping. My phonecall to Four Seasons Comfort was swiftly returned & a service agent was scheduled to be to my home in a couple of hours. Punctually, Ethan arrived. We had a boiler issue on what has been the 2nd coldest day of the year (and on a weekend). Initially Ethan tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone but it eventually became necessary for a service call. I received an interim notification to update me on ETA of the technician, then another to notify me of his pending arrival. Four Seasons Heating and AC have been a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to my call when other service companies did not. My technician, Ethan, is highly educated in his trade and possesses excellent customer service skills. He takes the time to explain what is needed and answers all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company, as well as Ethan.
