I paid for the installation of a chimney cap with a new crown back in 2023. I trusted their install, but recently had an opportunity to see the chimney in person. Jeff installed the cap, but the crown was left unfinished — only three of the four sides have concrete. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times, but haven’t received any response. Very disappointing experience.

We are so glad we hired Four Seasons Chimney Services to inspect and clean our fireplace! They made the whole process so easy. I scheduled via email, received a confirmation call the day before and a call 30 min before they arrived. They were on time, professional, clean and super friendly! They even gave us a little lesson on how to work our fireplace! We will be calling them again next time we need a cleaning! Thank you Jeff & Eric!
