Chip was able to clean our stair carpets and a small area rug with less than 24 hours notice! He was professional and friendly with fair prices. His work was quick and thorough and our house now smells & looks super fresh and clean! Really glad we made the call to have him come out. Would recommend.
I've used Chip for several years at my home and at my mothers home. He does a great job and is able to remove pet mishaps when he does my semi annual cleaning. (Granted I don't allow my dogs to urinate all over the place, but they do occasionally make a mistake) I like the Chem Dry process over other companies because the carpet isn't as wet when job is done.
