I left my car with them with these instructions... Shampoo seats and carpeting, clean the engine, clean the trunk, detail the inside in all areas.Do not wash ...because it's raining. **What I got was ..the engine was NOT touched, the trunk was NOT touched, the seats and carpeting was NOT shampooed only vacuumed..the Inside has what looks like cleaning substances dried running down the inside of my door area, gunk still in the cup holder, dirt still in the carpet, gunk on the doors handle areas.
