My first experience here washing my Tesla Model Y was great. The owners son was very helpful, he gave me an additional wash as my car was extra filthy from driving from Yellowstone to Ohio and the bugs were dried on and in copious amounts. My car looked fabulous afterwards!
A pretty good car wash. Only complaint I have is that my boyfriend cleaned out my car and then left my shoes on there by accident. We came back the same night but they were already closed so we came back the next day and they had said they’d thrown them away… $160 shoes in the trash. We even checked the trash for them. I understand it’s our fault for leaving them but the company could’ve at least been decent enough to hold them for a couple of days especially if they’ve seen that they were name brand. I would suggest not using this business. Especially if you decide to do a monthly subscription. You will have a hard time canceling it. Very poor organization. Broken promises of refunding money for several months of charges after the account was suppose to be cancelled. Zero communication back from their general manager. He lost all the files I printed for him showing the charges. He would always just say they will figure something out and take care of us. Not once did he reach back out.
