Used this car wash several times and noticed that the rinse and air blower doesn’t work well the soap has dried on the top rear of car and has eaten the paint off.what can I get done about this
It cleans good but it messed up my paint on my hood and the top of my car
Employee was rude and stand off ish, was just going to vacuum like I do once a week here, but his attitude and demeanor turned me off. Glad I took my business to the full service car wash next door. I spent more money with them too and it was well worth it. Even decided to wash my car! I ended my membership, and will go to the full service car wash next door from now on.
I have been a member for a couple months. Just because it's close to my house. But the vacuums are always clogged the new guy white guy that's the loader. Is great always smiling unlike the other guys! I will be canceling mine My wife's and my parents car wash no point every time I come, I have to find the vacuum that works right.
I went to the car wash yesterday and after I came out of the car wash and started to dry off my new Cadillac, I noticed the license plate was bent on the driver side, so I fixed it. Then moved on to the driver side door where I saw a large scratch going down the door and window! I am devastated. The employees I spoke with were very nice and helpful, and I filled out an incident report . I will give a part 2 as I hear back from Four Seasons.
