Huge shout out to Ben at Whitewater Springboro location…after running the car thru the wash I parked my car at one of the vacuums. Ben immediately came over to me to see if I needed anything. Mid-way thru cleaning inside, Ben saw I had vinyl floor mats and offered to spray them all down (wow…first time that’s ever happened at a car wash!). Then, unfortunately, my car wouldn’t start (after 2 hours of interior cleaning). Ben brought out tools to help my husband and I get our car up and running. The service was really nice and the employees were very helpful.
Poor quality wash at really high price. Paid for bug treatment. No evidence any bugs were removed either by treatment or car wash.
Amazing place to go to if you want to get a FREE, good, deep, interior clean. They provide 2 different vacuums that both work amazingly, and an air compressor to help get pet hair, crumbs, or other things out of your fabric and tight spaces. They provide cleaning towels, along with glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. They also have a fabric floor mat cleaning machine. The quality of everything was good, and once again, FREE! Wanted to also add that their employee Aiden was very kind and helped clean my window lol
The nicest most polite gentlemen came up offered me a few air fresheners. I thought that was so kind. I had never been to one of these car wash. He offered me a free wash. It is so hard to find generosity like that anymore I will always come back here for my car wash. Thank you so very much.
