Def do not like doing bad reviews. If you look at all my reviews you will know that. In the past hit or miss here with a lot of times soap being out. Tonight, I went to 2 different bays with horrible dirt and soap not working. I will say, there was a lady doing groundskeeping and I asked if she worked here. Paid $17 for the highest wash available. A dollar more than every other car wash in the area. My car was not clean AT ALL, which I understand happens from time to time. I reached out to the support email and spoke with Rose on 5/19, it is now 5/27 and I have yet to get a response, even after following up twice. Given up on trying this place due to the credit card readers never working after trying multiple cards over a few different visits. Good thing there are plenty of other locations in the area that offer working readers with Apple Pay.
Spent 14 dollars for an automatic car wash and car is still dirty. Will not be wasting my time here again. Very unimpressed! Won't recommend.
The automatic car wash's right nozzle wasn't functioning properly and didn't clean the bottom half of my car. Other than that it's a solid car wash
