Came in for a ceramic tint on a Tesla with Groupon. Should’ve read the fine print because they say they charge more for Teslas but never disclosed the amount, well the amount is $159 extra. Anyways, took forever to get an appointment and when we finally got an appointment, the person who did our tint did a terrible job. There were cuts into the tint that folded onto itself and hair stuck in the tint, there were small marks on almost all the windows. Out of the 5 windows, 4 of them were damaged. Tried to book an appointment through Groupon. Sadly, after this merchant asked when my Groupon expired (Nov. 14) he claimed to be fully booked for more than a month out for standard window tinting appointment. I asked about a drop in appointment, or if there were cancellations where he could fit me in; nothing was available and there was no way. Great job with an interior shampoo. So happy with the work. They do take walkins based on availability, but I ended up making an appointment. Everything was on time and finished quickly. Good experience—I’ll be back
