Redwood Wolverine Lake is the best apartment community we’ve ever lived in. We were unsure about going from being homeowners to renting again but the experience was great. The apartments are clean and updated, the management is attentive and available, any issues ( and there weren’t many)were dealt with quickly and the maintenance techs were very friendly. Great community! We lived here for 15 months and absolutely loved it here, the community managers are super professional and friendly, they are pet friendly and have dog poo stations, the leasing process is super easy and everything is managed in the website, never had an issue that required maintenance. The units are very clean and smell nice, the paint, the carpets, the kitchen and appliances all in very well maintained conditions, we loved that they have an attached garage for 2 cars, specially during the winter time.
