Very well kept and fast to resond if anything was needed. Great neighbors who look out for each other.
After looking for many months my boyfriend and I decided that redwood would be the best fit for our first home together! Although it doesn’t have a pool or gym it was worth it to us! The large living space with an attached garage made it feel like condo living and we were SO comfortable. Once Tommy took the role as our property manager things got 100% better. Hi, I had an appointment for tour at 10am, no one was at leasing center, given multiple phone calls & no response. Even waited for 30min & finally left, had to drive for an hour back and forth for the appointment when no one was available
I took a tour of an apartment home and it was extremely nice. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The location was a bit too far out for me, so he gave me information on some of their other locations. Perfect if you are looking for a place with no neighbors up or down.
