We had the Metals USA Solar X Patio Cover installed by an authorized contractor from Prescott Valley. When it began to leak within the first thirty days, we contacted the contractor who came and re-caulked some places. Now that the patio cover is completely paid off. We cannot get a response from NAHI. We have been calling them for two months,we presume the leaks are from the caulk separating, but until it is inspected we don't know why it is leaking.
