I went to this salon today, and im glad to say the lady here did my pedicure and manicure perfectly! Will definitely come back.
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I was so appalled by the service from this store. I asked for builder gel and instead received incredibly chunky, uneven, and horrible looking nails. The nail artist left dried up nail gel around my cuticles and my fingers which is incredibly dangerous and poses as a health risk. I immediately went home and spent 2 hours filing my nails and cleaning my skin to make them look more presentable and safe, and I’ll be going to another salon to get these removed. Lili is a wonderful beautician who is very gentle and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs.
This lady did my nails she did so good her name was Cindy I’m pretty sure
I like to address the new owner to hire or train people to do facial. Because at the moment only one person can do it. She is burnt out/tired and it effecting her service. She became cranky toward me on the last treatment. I am also not happy as customer. It used to be good service. Standard becoming down recently.
