Welcome to 4 seasons where you buy a car wash and car repair bill in the same visit. My wife and I went in for a car wash and bought the $25 deal. Proceed with the wash only for the machine to rip the top of the valve stem and cap off of one of our tires and left us with a flat. THANKFULLY OUR DODGE CHARGER HAD A SPARE WHEN MOST DON'T. Now, we do have aftermarket caps but they are just single pointed. Should not have been a problem at all. Don't come here if you have ANY after market parts, even if it's a tire valve stem cap. The wash ripped mine off and took the entire stem leaving me stranded with a flat tire. Wasn't expecting a refund or replacement but they didn't even offer any help. Oh but they tried to look for the stupid cap, I don't care for it and they couldn't find it anyway. Will NOT be returning.
Equipment easily operated
Love the rubber mat cleaning station! The two attendants actually scrubbed the car and pushed in mirrors before sending us through the wash. Plenty of space and strong vacuums.
Went to get a car wash, it started raining a few minutes after I finished and parked at the vacuums. So instead of waiting until everyone was done vacuuming, the second it started raining they turn the vacuums off. The entire point of most people going to a car wash is to be able to clean the inside and use the strong vacuum.
