Car was left dirty with many spots and failed to remove any bug marks. Back end of the Tahoe was completely filthy as if it had never been touched my water.
Refused service 15 minutes before they closed. One guy said it was be ause my car is too dirty one guy said it was because they had already cleaned the tunnel. Had to cancel my membership on the spot. I don't demand much from a car wash in terms of customer service but to refuse to wash my car when I have a monthly package and then be lied to is more than I will put up with when there are 4 other options within 5 miles. Do not recommend spending your money here.
